The countdown continues with the Top 10 of the Most Attractive Employers in Sport 2025, and today we reveal one of the most followed and hotly contested categories: Football Clubs.
Football remains the world’s most popular sport - and working for a top club is a dream for countless professionals in the industry. These brands go far beyond the pitch. They’re global powerhouses of sport, business, and culture, offering dynamic career opportunities across a range of areas including marketing, media, operations, and performance.
The final ranking will be announced on May 8th, during the iWorkinSport Awards Ceremony at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, part of the iWorkinSport Convention & Job Fair.
This year’s Top 10 list reflects both global reach and European dominance, with nine clubs from Europe and one from the United States. Notably, Inter Miami CF makes the cut, further proof of the rising appeal of Major League Soccer among global sport professionals.
As always, the shortlist is based on the iWorkinSport global survey, which asked professionals working in - or aspiring to work in - sport:“If you could choose to work anywhere in sport, where would that be?”

The 2025 survey was conducted from 1 February to 15 March, gathering 1,148 responses from professionals of 65 different nationalities, living in 57 countries. A highly qualified sample, 91% of respondents hold at least a bachelor’s degree, with 65% having completed postgraduate education. Notably, 93% of participants already work in sport.
